  The night time service is horrible. It took 10 minutes for them to even get 3 cars served. Oh and the best part , after they messed up my order ( they even read it back ) when I called back to let them know, they ARGUED with me over what I ordered ! Thanks for the crappy service all I literally wanted was my chicken nuggets not the Angus burger that you thought was so great to put in my bag and thanks for charging me for a coffee that was never even mentioned , you could have just taken responsibility instead of being ignorant

  The worst experiences I have ever had with any type of restaurant. The drive thru is always full out onto the road at most times of the day. The staff are the worst part, they are incredibly rude; even the manager. They have high turnover and it shows from their major incompetence and poor service. My recent visit took a literal 15 minutes for a coffee and the store manager was very impolite with me. Do not go here.

  Went there for two simple things they had neither only to wait a half an hour to find that out. Had to go through half of the menu to find something they had. The clerk working was extremely rude asked for gravy and her exact response was if we don't have poutine why would we have gravy with a large sigh, if you can't handle your job please don't work at a place like that.

  Very rude staff. Take for ever. Always get order wrong. Extremely pushy for combos and that.

  Ordered a poutine from the drive-thru. Got home only to find out they didn't put any gravy on it, just the cheese kurds. It was later at nite so i wonder if the nite crew is just a bunch of meatheads.
